Efficient and very professional.
As a Senior Move Manager who recommends MaxSold whenever possible I was thrilled that everyone pulled out all the stops to ensure that my clients' needed schedule was accommodated. George and Kevin were great and very helpful with cataloguing and photography and Adam and Jenn made it all happen on time so that we could get the auction up before end of day on a Friday afternoon before the long weekend. Kudos to you all :).

The MaxSold auction process was orders of magnitude better than any consignment house we have worked with AND we got 70% of the proceeds. Consignment will only take some of your stuff, then you pay to truck it to their store, then they charge you the credit card fees for each item they sell and finally you get 50% of the money that's left. Highly recommend MaxSold!
We were pleasantly surprised to find out how much money had been bid on our possessions. At the end of the day we had no fuss and no muss to deal with. No frustration regarding buyers, bargaining, payment or delivery costs. Were we happy with Maxsold and their online auction process? You bet. Would we recommend Maxsold to others in similar circumstances to ours? Absolutely.
The staff person was personable and gave accurate information regarding my difficulties registering - I was using my iPad.
