The team at MaxSold are always there to help sellers with their auctions. Thanks to the staff for all the support, especially Adam Gordon who was only a phone call away with all the help we needed to hold a successful auction.
All communication was extremely prompt. All staff were well trained, organized, friendly and courteous. Everything happened as scheduled . A very efficient way to handle an overwhelming situation for the client.
We were pleasantly surprised to find out how much money had been bid on our possessions. At the end of the day we had no fuss and no muss to deal with. No frustration regarding buyers, bargaining, payment or delivery costs. Were we happy with Maxsold and their online auction process? You bet. Would we recommend Maxsold to others in similar circumstances to ours? Absolutely.

Selling items privately is fraught with concerns - will the person show up, are they truly interested or "casing our house", will they argue over price. Not to mention the emotional roller coaster of dealing with "tire kickers"! MaxSold solves all these potential problems, and sells far more (useful but used or open consumable) items that we would never have tried to sell. Everyone ends up with a better value than they could have achieved on their own.
